We were responsible for coordinating logistics, managing supplier relationships, implementing event branding, and overseeing all operational elements on-site. This included the presentation and flow of the vehicle displays featuring the MG3, MG4 Trophy, MG5 Trophy, and HS Petrol models—each positioned to create engaging touch points for visitors.

Throughout the weekend, Silverstone hosted a packed schedule of racing, live entertainment, trade zones, and automotive showcases. Our team managed operational timelines, site flow, and the integration of brand elements across the show field to ensure a cohesive, high-impact experience. Working collaboratively with MG’s internal teams and partners, we delivered a polished and streamlined event environment.
A key highlight of the weekend was the highly anticipated reveal of the MG Cyberster, MG’s cutting-edge electric sports car launching in September 2023. The debut generated strong interest from media, automotive fans, and attendees.
