vents Lab Agency partnered with FashionTV to deliver a standout three-day experience during the ICE Totally Gaming Conference 2023 at London Excel. Our team designed and executed a premium programme that blended business hospitality, entertainment, and high-end event production.

Events Lab managed the full event production, logistics and creative direction, transforming a historic Elizabethan boat docked beside the venue into a dual-purpose activation space. During the day, the boat hosted private meetings and networking sessions. In the evening, it transitioned into a glamorous VIP Afterparty with DJ entertainment, live performances, a champagne welcome and premium canapés. Our team handled the complete operational flow — supplier management, entertainment scheduling, décor installation, guest arrivals and the seamless switch from daytime business to evening nightlife. This ensured every moment reflected FashionTV’s global luxury identity. We also provided guest engagement and hospitality coordination, including red-carpet arrival management and branded photo moments.
