Events Lab Agency partnered with MG Motor UK to support their presence at CarFest South 2023, one of the UK’s best-known family and automotive festivals. Our team managed the logistics and day-to-day operations of the MG stand across the three-day event, ensuring everything ran smoothly from opening to close.

We were responsible for stand logistics, planning and onsite coordination, making sure the space was welcoming, clearly branded and easy for visitors to navigate. To boost interaction on the stand, we also supported test-drive coordination and visitor data capture. Using iPads, our team helped guests register interest, book test drives and find out more about the featured MG models, including the MG5, MG HS, MG ZS and MG4 XPOWER. This activity helped drive leads and provided valuable insights for MG after the festival.

Throughout the weekend, CarFest South offered live music, family activities, food villages and automotive displays. Within this busy environment, Events Lab ensured the MG stand remained organised, engaging and easy to access.
