vents Lab Agency partnered with Pico Europe to support Riyadh Air at World Travel Market 2025 at London Excel. Our role focused on delivering premium branded items and hospitality logistics to elevate the airline’s guest experience during the three-day global exhibition.

Working to tight timelines, Events Lab managed the full production and delivery of all branded consumables, including recyclable coffee cups,  cocktail cups and branded uniforms for the hospitality team. All artwork, specifications, and pre-order visuals were prepared and approved in line with Riyadh Air’s brand guidelines. Alongside branded items, our team coordinated the bar and coffee service operations.

During the live event days, we ensured smooth on-stand hospitality operations, supporting the barista and mixologist teams with stock management, equipment oversight, call times, and workflow coordination. Together, the team delivered 500+ coffees and 500+ cocktails, maintaining consistency, speed, and a premium guest experience throughout.

From world-class drinks service to sustainable, high-quality branded touchpoints, Events Lab Agency delivered a polished, seamless activation that strengthened Riyadh Air’s presence at WTM 2025.
