 vents Lab Ibiza worked with a Private client to provide performers, entertainers and dancers for Gangsta’s Paradise themed birthday party in Ibiza. The Private Event Ibiza was held in a villa with views over gorgeous Es Vedra and with a special surprise performance by Coolio.

Working closely with their team and Be Real Ibiza, our Ibiza team developed a strategy for both events and handled the staff liaison and negotiations with entertainment teams.

We managed both VIP events in Ibiza including a ‘White Party’ held on a luxury yacht and a ‘VIP Birthday Party’ that took place in a beautiful villa in the hills of Es Vedra. The Birthday event featured a special surprise guest – American R’n’B & Hip Hop star Coolio.

We provided over 10 entertainment staff in total for the private event in Ibiza, including fire breathers, stilt walkers and water performers (synchronised swimmers). The agency also provided dancers, event staff, MUA’s, hair stylists and body painters.

Events Lab Ibiza was responsible for complete event staffing and entertainment solutions for both VIP events.
